Prices

At Activivi I/S, all prices are in Danish kroner and include VAT and taxes. We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior consent. We are not responsible for sold-out items.

Payment

Activivi I/S accepts payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, American Express, and UnionPay. Payment will only be charged to your account when the item is shipped. All amounts are in DKK (Danish Kroner) and include VAT. We are not responsible for pricing errors and sold-out/discontinued items.

Delivery

Services (start numbers for The Kings' 5-day race)

According to "Law on certain consumer agreements - §17 para. 2 and §9 para. 2 no. 2a" - the purchase of tickets for events or event-related additional products such as food tickets, accommodation, transport, etc. is not covered by the right of cancellation.

The content associated with the start number advertised on the website is collected by the participant on the race day. It is not possible to have the start number and associated content sent afterwards. Start numbers that are not collected on the race day will be reused to the extent possible. Activivi I/S reserves the right to change the associated content to the start number without further notice. The latest content will always be available on the event's website.

Participation is at the participant's own risk. Participants are encouraged to take out relevant insurance prior to participation.

Changes.
If a participant wishes to change or add name, class and/or age, this costs DKK 50.
If you have signed up for a more expensive distance and wish to run a cheaper distance, the difference will not be refunded.
If you wish to run a more expensive distance, the difference must be paid by the participant.
These rules apply independently of each other.

Rights in case of cancellation or new date.
In case of cancellation or postponed date due to force majeure, the customer is offered to transfer their start to next year's event.

Buying and selling start numbers between private individuals.
If the customer resells their start number, the new participant can choose to run in the original customer's name, if this has been agreed internally between those involved. If this is not desired/possible, the participant information can be changed by contacting Activivi I/S for a fee of DKK 50.
Please note that it is illegal to resell the start number at a higher price.

Physical products

Activivi I/S uses Printful, a print-on-demand service, for the production and delivery of physical products. When a customer places an order with Activivi I/S, the order is produced and sent directly from Printful's facilities to the customer's address. Therefore, Activivi I/S has no direct contact with the product before delivery. Below are Printful's delivery terms, which Activivi I/S uses.

It usually takes 3-7 days to fulfill an order, after which it is shipped. The shipping time depends on the customer's location, but can be estimated as follows:

USA: 3–4 business days
Europe: 6–8 business days
Australia: 2–14 business days
Japan: 4–8 business days
International: 10–20 business days

An extra customs and tax fee may occur on international orders. This fee is not controlled by Printful and is assessed by the local customs office. Customs policies vary greatly for each country, so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply customs duties and taxes to your order.

FAQ:

My order should be here now, but I still don't have it. What do I need to do?

Before contacting Activivi I/S, please do the following:

  1. Check your shipping confirmation email for any errors in the delivery address

  2. Ask your local post office if they have your package

  3. Check with your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them

If the delivery address is correct and the package was not left at the post office or with your neighbor, contact us at jonas@activivi.dk or lasse@activivi.dk with your order number.

If you found an error in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own expense.

How are my products made?

The order is produced and shipped from Printful's facility in Latvia.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking link via email when your order is shipped. If you have any questions regarding your tracking or shipping, send us an email at jonas@activivi.dk or lasse@activivi.dk

I received an incorrect/damaged product, what should I do?

We are very sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at jonas@activivi.dk or lasse@activivi.dk within 7 days of receipt with pictures of the damaged product, your order number and any other information you may have about your order.

What is the return policy?

We do not offer returns and exchanges, but if there is something wrong with your order, please contact us at jonas@activivi.dk or lasse@activivi.dk.

Are refunds offered?

Refunds are only offered to customers who receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at jonas@activivi.dk or lasse@activivi.dk with pictures of incorrect/damaged items and we will sort it out for you.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

At this time we do not offer exchanges. If you're unsure which size fits best, check out our size charts - we have one for every item listed in our store in the product description section. Although rare, it's possible that an item you've ordered is labeled incorrectly. If this is the case, please email us at jonas@activivi.dk or lasse@activivi.dk within a week of receiving your order. Include your order number and pictures of the mislabeled item and we will send you a new one or issue a refund.

Warranty

A 2-year warranty is provided according to the Sales of Goods Act. Our warranty applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing. You can have the item repaired, exchanged, get a refund or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation. The warranty does not cover defects or damages caused by improper handling of the product/service. You must complain within "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect/error. Activivi I/S will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

Cash on delivery shipments are not accepted.

Reimbursement

In the case of a refund, please include bank details in the form of account number and account number so that the agreed amount can be transferred. This information can safely be provided by email or other electronic form, as it is not sensitive information and will only be used for our fulfillment of the refund.

Right of withdrawal

As our products are made specifically for the consumer, we do not offer a 14-day return policy on items purchased in our webshop

The following product types are not included in the right of withdrawal:

  • Goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or have been given a distinct personal touch.

  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and where the seal is broken after delivery.

  • Goods that due to their nature become inextricably mixed with others upon delivery.

  • Goods where the seal has been broken.

  • Non-financial services provided where the provision of the service has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal ends when the service is fully performed.

  • Delivery of digital content that is not delivered on a physical medium, if the performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that the consumer thereby loses his right of withdrawal.

  • Newspapers, journals or magazines, excluding subscription agreements for such publications.

  • Agreements made at public auction.

  • Goods that deteriorate or expire quickly - Tickets or event related products such as food tickets, booking transportation or accommodation etc.

We do not accept packages sent COD (cash on delivery).
