Processing activities
As a data controller under GDPR, we have the following processing activities.
Website visits
When you visit our website, we use cookies to make the site work. You can read more about this in our cookie policy.
Communication with potential customers
If you have questions about our site or want to know more about our services, you can contact us via:
Email
Phone
We'll process your personal data to chat with you, like answering questions about our services. We only process the info you give us during our conversation. We usually handle basic info like your name, email, and phone number. We're allowed to process this data under Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation. We delete our chat with you once it's clear whether you want our services or not. If we need to keep your data longer in special cases, we will.
Customers
We need to talk to our customers to make sure our service is spot on. We might handle info like name, address, services, special deals, payment details, and stuff like that. We're allowed to process this data under Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation. Once the service is done and any loose ends are tied up, we'll delete the personal data right away.
Pictures
We'll be taking videos and photos of participants at the Kongernes 5-dages. This stuff will be used for marketing later on, like on our website, in emails, on social media, and in printed materials. By signing up, you're giving us the thumbs up to do this. You can always take back your permission by contacting us.
Newsletter
We have a newsletter you can sign up for if you want – and you can unsubscribe anytime.
The newsletter is all about sending you updates from us, like new stuff on the website or ads for our services.
We'll only send you emails if you've said it's okay. First, you'll need to give us your email address, and we'll send you a confirmation email to make sure you really want to sign up. This way, we know you're really signing up yourself and giving us the go-ahead.
We're allowed to use your email address for the newsletter under Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation.
We'll keep using your info as long as you're signed up. If you unsubscribe, we'll stop sending you the newsletter. If we haven't sent you a newsletter in a year, we'll assume you're not interested anymore.
If you unsubscribe, we'll keep your past consent for 2 years in case of any legal claims, as per section 11.3 of the Consumer Ombudsman's spam guide.
Accounting
We need to keep all accounting records by law. This means we save invoices and similar documents for accounting. These might include basic personal info like name, address, and service details. We're allowed to process personal data for accounting under Article 6(1)(c) of the General Data Protection Regulation. We keep this info for at least 5 years after the current financial year ends.
Data Processors
Nobody can do everything alone, and we're no exception. So, we work with partners and suppliers, some of whom might be data processors.
External suppliers might provide systems to organize our work, services, advice, IT hosting, or marketing.
