You don't have a right of withdrawal when you buy tickets to sporting events, concerts and other events. Not even when you've bought them online, where you have a right of withdrawal in a number of other purchases.
Physical products
Activivi I/S applies Printful's return policies from June 3, 2022, for physical products. In order to comply with Printful's return policies, the end consumer is required to comply with the return policies below. The policies below have been translated and modified to fit Activivi's product offering and the end consumer's situation. Click here for the original version.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted to Activivi I/S within 20 days of receiving the product. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 20 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed to be an error on Printful's side are covered by Printful through contact with Activivi I/S.
If the end consumer notices a problem with the products or anything else with the order, the end consumer is asked to contact Activivi I/S, who will submit a problem report to Printful.
The return address is set to Printful's warehouse by default. When Printful receives a returned shipment, an automatic email notification will be sent to Activivi I/S, which will be forwarded to you. Returns that are not claimed are donated to charity after 30 days. If Printful's warehouse is not used as the return address, the end consumer will be responsible for all returned shipments.
Incorrect address - If the end consumer provides an address that is deemed insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to Printful's warehouse. The end consumer will be responsible for the cost of reshipment once Printful has confirmed an updated address with the end consumer.
Uncollected - Shipments that have not been collected will be returned to Printful's warehouse, and the end consumer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping to the end consumer.
Returned by the end consumer - Before the end consumer returns products, Activivi I/S must be contacted. Orders that are regretted by the end consumer are not refunded. If the end consumer wishes to return the product due to incorrect size, the end consumer must place a new order at the end consumer's expense.
According to Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following:
delivery of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery and are therefore not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons,
Activivi I/S therefore reserves Pintful's right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
This policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose.
